Kailyn is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Civic Wave. She will be attending Monmouth College (IL) in the fall to study International Affairs. Her work experience includes: interning for Mayor Jackie Veasy and Deputy Mayor Heather Cooper, working as a Field Intern on the Gina LaPlaca and Mark Natale State Assembly race, and currently working as a Fellow for Congressman Andy Kim. In her free time she enjoys reading, running, listening to podcasts, and playing the electric guitar.

Sidney is an East Stroudsburg High School South graduate who plans to continue her education at Temple University. Outside of Civic Wave, Sidney has worked with Pennsylvania State Senator Marty Flynn, and completed her associate's degree in high school. Sidney is an East Stroudsburg High School South graduate who plans to continue her education at Temple University. Outside of Civic Wave, Sidney has worked with Pennsylvania State Senator Marty Flynn, and completed her associate's degree in high school. Her motivation for joining Civic Wave comes from seeing a disparity in civic education at the high school level. Many students she knew in high school did not understand the basic voting principles or laws around their local communities. Through her work at Civic Wave, she hopes students can better understand civics and the world around them.
